Jeremy founded Tall Pine Properties in 2020 and has an obsessive passion for real estate. He started off by purchasing a 3-family investment property in Wisconsin and loved the idea of providing quality housing for those who needed it. He decided to keep his passion for serving others through real estate here in his own backyard. He has lived in New Hampshire his entire life.
Jeremy loves working with sellers to put deals together that accomplish the goals on both sides of the table. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, spending time outdoors, and being a local call firefighter/EMT. One of his greatest joys is keeping his lawn green and well-manicured!
Zack Jalbert – Acquisitions Manager

Zack’s love for real estate began at a young age, and he has since developed a deep understanding of the local market. He takes pride in helping people solve their real estate problems and achieve their goals.
When he’s not working as a firefighter or helping sellers, Zack loves to hit the slopes on his snowboard or doing other extreme sports with his friends and family. He loves the rush of adrenaline, and he brings that same sense of excitement to his work in real estate.
